i placed an order 2 days ago but i still have not received an emails saying that it has shipped even though they said they would send one. how do i know if my didnt work or if my order is not being processed?

    so it is unusual

    Step 1 – Go to your credit card’s online bank account page and check the status of your said transaction if it has been approved.

    Step 2 – Login to the website that you placed the order and you will have a transaction page if it is an e-commerce site. Please check if the transaction is processed.

    If any of the above said two steps have not happened, then it is evident that your transaction has not been processed.
